A Calm and Characterful Masterclass Kitchen in Southwick, West Sussex

Häcker Natural Umber Kitchen

Masterclass Hardwick Kitchen

This Southwick Masterclass kitchen is a wonderful example of what happens when thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship and confident styling come together. The finished kitchen made such an impression that Masterclass Kitchens selected it for inclusion in its prestigious Design magazine. Read more about the feature.

Our clients had a clear sense of their own style and made every decision with care. This created a smooth, collaborative design process and a finished space that feels calm, curated and full of personality.

Our Design Approach

The aim was to create a kitchen that would make a statement without losing its warmth or sense of welcome.

Rich Olive cabinetry brings depth and character to the room, while Tuscan Walnut introduces warmth and natural texture. Together, the finishes create a beautifully balanced scheme that feels elegant yet comfortable enough for everyday living.

Every element has been considered as part of the wider room, resulting in a space that feels cohesive rather than overly styled.

A Beautifully Coordinated Utility

The adjoining utility space features Sutton Silk cabinetry in Heritage Grey. This softer, understated finish complements the main kitchen while giving the utility its own distinct identity.

The considered use of colour connects the two spaces, creating a consistent look throughout the home.

Finishing Details

Calacatta Magnifico worktops by AKG Surfaces complete the design. Their light marble-inspired finish provides an elegant contrast against the Olive and Tuscan Walnut cabinetry, helping to lift the room while enhancing its sense of luxury.
