Häcker Systemat Handleless Kitchen in Pulborough
Surrounded by panoramic views, this Pulborough home called for a kitchen that would complement its setting while providing a sophisticated, practical space for everyday living and entertaining.
The completed design combines the precision of Häcker Systemat handleless cabinetry with richly textured wood finishes, durable Dekton work surfaces and carefully integrated Neff appliances. A bespoke bar area brings another dimension to the room, creating an inviting space that feels equally suited to relaxed evenings and entertaining guests.
The Client’s Brief
The clients wanted a contemporary kitchen that felt luxurious and beautifully considered without appearing cold or overly minimal.
The design needed to make the most of the room and its outlook while providing a practical layout for everyday cooking. It was also important that the finished space felt welcoming and had a natural connection with the wider home.
Our Design Approach
To balance contemporary styling with warmth, we combined fluted Elegant Walnut and Dark Oak doors from the Häcker Systemat collection.
The rich wood tones introduce texture, depth and character, while the handleless cabinetry gives the kitchen a calm, streamlined appearance. Sleek Dekton work surfaces provide an elegant contrast and offer the durability required for a hardworking family kitchen.
The layout was carefully considered to keep the space feeling open and uncluttered, allowing the panoramic views to remain an important feature of the room.
A Bespoke Bar for Entertaining
A custom-designed bar area adds personality and creates a distinctive focal point within the kitchen.
Illuminated floating shelves provide a soft ambient glow, while the mirrored splashback reflects light and gives the feature a greater sense of depth. The bar creates a dedicated space for drinks and entertaining without interrupting the kitchen’s main working areas.
Appliances Integrated into the Design
Premium Neff appliances were selected to support effortless everyday cooking while maintaining the kitchen’s clean, contemporary lines.
A 90cm vented induction hob combines cooking and extraction within one streamlined appliance. Removing the need for a conventional overhead extractor helps preserve the open sightlines and uncluttered appearance of the room.
From Design to Completion
Euphoria Home managed the kitchen installation, ensuring the cabinetry, work surfaces, appliances and bespoke features came together as one cohesive design.
Careful attention was given to every element, from the alignment of the handleless cabinetry to the lighting and finishing details within the feature bar.
