Heading West from the Arundel & Ford Road roundabout, continue along the A27 towards Chichester.
Continue for approximately three-miles before exiting for Yapton & Walberton village (B2132). Continue South past the Hilton Hotel until you reach a mini roundabout.
Take the second exit, turning right into Walberton village. Continue along The Street, past the parade of shops and the Holly Tree Public House.
The William Booker Yard can be found on the left approximately 100 yards after the Holly Tree Public House.
