Scots Grey Kensington Kitchen Designed by Euphoria
This completed Masterclass kitchen project in Rustington, West Sussex, was designed to feel calm, considered and quietly beautiful. It is a kitchen created for everyday life: somewhere mornings can begin slowly, conversations can unfold and the smaller moments in between can be enjoyed. Every finish was chosen to give the room a timeless quality, allowing the space to evolve with its owners without quickly feeling dated.
Our Design Approach
Masterclass Kitchens’ Kensington cabinetry in Scots Grey provides the foundation for the design. Its soft, neutral finish gives the room an understated elegance while creating a versatile backdrop for the stronger details throughout the space.
Calacatta Lucia worktops from AKG Surfaces introduce subtle movement and contrast against the cabinetry. Installed by M&R Stoneworks, they add a refined finish while helping the different elements of the kitchen feel connected.
The result is a balanced and welcoming room that feels contemporary without being led by short-lived trends.
Appliances and Everyday Practicality
NEFF appliances are integrated throughout the kitchen, supporting the clean and considered overall design.
A matt black BORA vented hob creates a striking focal point while combining cooking and extraction within one streamlined appliance.
A Quooker Fusion tap and CUBE in patinated brass introduce warmth and character, complementing the understated cabinetry and adding a distinctive finishing detail. Blanco and InSinkErator products complete the practical elements of the kitchen.
Lighting and Finishing Touches
Philips Hue lighting allows the atmosphere of the room to change throughout the day, providing practical light when needed and creating a softer feel in the evening.
Newport handles from Hendel & Hendel add another carefully chosen layer of detail, while Classic Limed Oak luxury vinyl flooring from Karndean brings warmth and natural texture underfoot. The flooring was installed by Comfy Carpets.
Shutters by the Sea and bar stools from Annie Mo’s complete the scheme, adding comfort and personality to the finished space.
