We produce a full 3D design and detailed specification, so you can see exactly what your kitchen will look like before you commit to a penny. Pricing is clear and itemised.

INSTALLATION & HANDOVER
Our own installation team carries out the full fit and coordinates any associated trades. Because everyone involved works directly for us, timelines stay on track and quality is never someone else's responsibility.

Before You Enquire
How long does the whole process take from enquiry to completed kitchen?
Every project is different, but as a general guide, from initial consultation to a completed installation typically runs between 8 and 16 weeks. This includes design sign-off, manufacture lead times (usually 6 to 8 weeks), and scheduling of installation. We give you an accurate project timeline at the design stage so you can plan around it.
Do you handle everything, or do I need to source my own tradespeople?
We offer full project management as standard, which includes coordinating all associated trades: plumbing, electrics, plastering, and tiling where required. You do not need to manage multiple contractors. If you already have trusted tradespeople you prefer to use, we are equally happy to work alongside them.
What areas do you cover?
We work across the wider West Sussex region. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, just get in touch and we will let you know promptly.
Is the design consultation really free and without obligation?
Yes, completely. The initial consultation, whether at your home or at our showroom, comes with no charge and no commitment to proceed. We will not follow up with pressure calls. If you decide to move forward, great. If not, we hope the conversation was still useful.
Can I see finished kitchens before I decide?
You are welcome to visit our showroom to see cabinetry, finishes, and hardware in person. We can also share project photography from completed installations and, where clients are happy to do so, arrange for you to visit a finished kitchen in a real home.
I already have a rough idea of what I want. Do you still need to do a design from scratch?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with Pinterest boards, architectural drawings, or a clear sense of the look they are after. We take your ideas as the starting point and develop them into a fully considered, measured design. The more you can share with us upfront, the better.
